Booking and cancellation policy – weddings
A 25% deposit is required on booking the date for your event.
A further deposit is due one month prior to the wedding with the balance due within 7 days after the event.
Final numbers for the event need to be confirmed 10 days prior and this will be the minimum number invoiced
If cancelled prior to six months before the event dat, a full refund of the deposit will be made.
Cancellations made within six months of the event, the deposit will be refunded only if another event booking can be made for that date, otherwise the deposit will be forfeited.

Payments and Cancellation Policy
A 50% deposit is required upon booking the date for your event, with the balance due within seven days after your event.
Final numbers for the event need to be confirmed seven days prior to the booking and this will be the minimum number invoiced.
The deposit is non refundable if the event is cancelled within seven days of the booked date.
Depending on distance, a mileage rate may be applied to a catering event.
